I called Jim on a Saturday afternoon asking for help with a shower faucet that would not shut off. He explained he was 100 miles out of town, but would call another plumber to assist. He came through and the other plumber contacted me within 15 minutes. He drove out within the hour and fixed the problem. Very nice, polite, and will definitely keep this info in my urgent file contacts!
