Overall, I would definitely go see both Monica and Bradley again, but would perhaps request a room with a better table next time.
The people there are super friendly and helpful. They do a wonderful job. Their massages and facials are top notch.
First I had an aromatherapy facial with Monica. She was pleasant and kept up a light conversation at the beginning, which eventually drifted off as I became more relaxed. She explained everything as it was happening and the benefits each step would have on my skin. My only complaint about this portion is that the table was not very comfortable, which prevented me from fully relaxing.
After the facial I had a massage with Bradley. He was attentive to all of my concerns and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout. Again, my only concern was that the table was not great. There were portions of the massage where my face was pressed against a metal piece, which brought me right out of my relaxed vibe.
I purchased a Groupon for a massage and a facial, and decided to check out Morgan Ford last night. The location is slightly hidden next to San Jose. I drove by twice before spotting it. I was greeted by name at the front desk and provided a list of aromatherapy options to choose from for the facial portion. There is some initial paperwork that is required, but I was able to find it online and fill it out prior to the appointment to decrease my wait time.
OMG! Amazing.Morganford Massage is absolutely amazing. All there therapist are skilled and are professional with years of experienced skilled soothing hands. Here is my experience, I was with Morganford Tower Grove location since 2014. Had to leave them this past April cause my new job eas too far so I went to a local chain competitor M...Envy cause it was closer to my new job, I had a bad, no a horrible massage from competitor, I immediately called Morganford Massage as soon as I got in my car & they got me in right away, same day, but new location in webster Groves, they are like coming home where you know they can fix it, and they did. All I can say is I love Soulard guy for calling Webster Groves & giving me good directions, love Tom for getting me I & allowing me to vent, love Colleen for her reversing a bad massage & love Jennifer the owner for allowing me back without increasing my annual membership, and the great news is my Shannon Steinhouse myboriginal thetapist is back. Yea Yea
